Do you Serve Evening Meals?
Not at the moment. However, once our spectacular new restaurant has been added,
later in 2007, evening meals will be available. There are 3 local Pubs (one just
a short walk away) all of which have extensive lunchtime and evening menus.
How long can I leave my car in your car park?
Parking is available and included in your room charge while staying at Great Hallingbury
Manor. However, if you wish to leave your car with us while traveling on holiday
or a business trip, then you will need to arrange this with us in advance. Stansted
Airport parking laws apply.
Are Pets Welcome?
Unfortunately not.
Do you provide an airport transfer service?
Not at the moment. However, most local Taxi companies know exactly where we are,
and a typical taxi fare from the terminal building should be no more than £
9.00. From September 2007, we will have our own transfer bus.
Do you take Credit Cards?
Yes, we accept most major credit cards. Cheques are welcome when supported by a
bank card. Cash is also acceptable.
Can You Help With Car Hire?
Yes, most car hire companies will deliver the vehicle to you at the Manor and we
have a list of local companies.
Do You Have Non-Smoking Rooms?
All our bedrooms are non-smoking, although smoking is allowed in the residents lounge
until 1st July 2007.
Can You Accommodate Group Bookings?
Not at the moment, but we plan to have 32 rooms available from August 2007.
Is there a Residents Lounge?
Yes, with a fully stocked bar, a television and where smoking is allowed.
What Time is Breakfast Served?
A Continental Style Breakfast is available for early check-outs.
A Full English Style Breakfast is available from 7:30am to 9:30am.
Are There Facilities for the Physically Challenged?
We do have ground floor bedrooms, but there are currently no special facilities
available until August 2007.
How Late Can We Check In and Check out?
We are usually very accommodating in all respects. If you require a late check-in
or an early check-out, please let us know at the time of booking.
Do You Accept Children?
Yes.
